Great product. Really comfortable and compact. As a reading chair it’s perfect.

Looks great but far too firm and solid to be comfortable on whilst reading. Going to see if removing some beans is possible

Good beanbag BUT you can’t remove or add beans to it. Both the zip on the outer cover, and inner ‘net’ are sewn in inside out, so the zipper tag is concealed, making it impossible to open when properly closed. I returned the 1st bag as faulty and received a refund, the 2nd bag I ordered was the same. I queried this with Dunelm staff and was informed this was not a fault, all Dunelm beanbags are like this as the zips are put in this way to stop children opening them! So why put zips in them.
Not sure whether or not to keep the 2nd bag or return it within the 14 days. The zip is open a couple of inches so it can be fully opened (but not closed), same with inner bag (so beans leak out, but this coulkd be tied off to stop the leakage). It is a lovely looking beanbag and appears to be good quality apart from the zip issue.

Lovely beanbag, but it was overfilled for my comfort and you can’t easily remove or add beans to it because the zips are intentionally sewn inside out. This has been confirmed by Dunelm customer service, ” the bag is not designed to allow for addition or removal of beans”. I did manage to ease the zips open and remove some beans. Over time the beans will squash and need topping up, so why have zips if the bag is not designed to allow this? It makes it a throwaway item, which isn’t good in my opinion. It’s a lovely quality bean bag but I have to knock stars off for the poor design.
